Terms of Service

Check that the ID you upload is for the correct car, and that only one software version for that car is shown. If the wrong file is loaded, that is your responsibility.

TuneDesk prepares a tuning file from the ID you upload and sends that file back for your dongle. The work is done remotely.

The file is for off-road use, motorsport, or another use where the law allows it. You are responsible for how you use it, and for keeping to the rules where the vehicle is driven.

Emissions rules, warranty cover, and the risk of flashing the control unit sit with you. A flash can leave a vehicle undriveable. You accept that risk when you order.

Keep your own backup of the original file before you flash. That backup is your responsibility. We do not store the original calibration from the car.

Credits are loaded by TuneDesk support. Credits are not refundable, except when a job fails and the credits for that job go back on the account.

We are not liable for damage, downtime, or any other loss beyond the credits paid for that job.

Use the account fairly. We can refuse a job or close an account that is misused, shared in a way we did not agree, or used to break the law.

South African law applies to these terms and to the service.
